HB McClure's $$$ Savings Options for the 2008-2009 Heating Season

Choose the plan that best suits your comfort needs this heating season:

1. Smart Pay Plus (Budget Cap)

We estimate your annual usage and multiply by the cap price per gallon and add your annual service contract (if applicable). The total amount is divided into 11 even monthly payments using the 12th month, if needed, as a catch up to bring your account to a zero balance. If your payments are received in a timely fashion and the exact monthly budget payment is being remitted, you will automatically earn a monthly rebate (4% annual rate) for any credit balance that exists for 30 days or more. At the end of the season, if your payments exceed the cost of services, you can roll the credit over to the next year's program or we can send you a refund check. A $275.00 enrollment fee is required to sign up for this program, which is divided equally over the payment period of 11 months. The Smart Pay Plus Program is intended to guarantee a not-to-exceed price per gallon through the high peak demand months from October 2008 through April 2009. Traditionally the late spring and summer months are considered low peak demand months, where the price per gallon drops as the demand falls off.

• Pay for fuel and service contract (if applicable) over 11 months -- no large winter bills!
• Senior citizens receive a $0.05 discount per gallon
• Automatic delivery -- no need to call us for fuel!
• HB pays 4% interest rebate for credit balances over 30 days
• Receive a $0.03 discount per gallon if you choose to pay by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
• Enrollment in Price Cap Program
2. Pre-Pay (Fixed Price)

We estimate your annual usage and multiply it by the fixed price per gallon which is paid up front. Service contracts will be billed separately. The Pre-Pay is a fixed-price-per-gallon program. The Pre-Pay Program is designed to lock in one price per gallon for all pre-bought gallons that are delivered in high peak demand months from October 2008 to April 2009. If you use more than you pre-bought, the additional gallons will be billed at our posted retail price per gallon at the time of delivery. At the end of the season, if your pre-payment exceeds the cost of services, you can roll the credit over to next year's program or we can send you a refund check.

• Pay for fuel up front and receive a slightly lower price
• Guaranteed price -- no need to worry when prices skyrocket!
• Automatic delivery -- no need to call us for fuel!
• No enrollment fees

NOTE: Ordering too little fuel results in payment at market price for the remainder of the season. If prices fall, the guaranteed pre-pay price per gallon still applies. No other discounts apply when enrolled in this program.

3. Pay as You Go

All deliveries are made under our normal billing and payment terms at the time of delivery. Terms of payment are net 30 days. We offer a $0.03 per gallon discount if payment is received within 10 days of the delivery date. There is no price protection guarantee on deliveries made on this program.
